4. Fees and Payments

5. Attendance and Absences
Parents/guardians are required to adhere to the agreed-upon attendance schedule. Notification of absences, expected lateness, or early pick-ups should be communicated to Little Learners Academy as soon as possible. Fees are generally payable for all scheduled days, regardless of a child’s attendance, unless otherwise specified for certain programs.
6. Health and Safety
The health and safety of all children and staff are paramount.
- Parents/guardians must not send a child to Little Learners Academy if they are unwell or have a contagious illness, as per our illness policy.
- All necessary medical information, allergies, and emergency contacts must be kept up-to-date.
- In case of emergency, Little Learners Academy staff are authorized to seek medical attention for your child if a parent/guardian cannot be reached.
7. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
Parents/guardians are expected to:
- Communicate openly and respectfully with Little Learners Academy staff.

8. Photography and Media

By enrolling your child, you grant permission for such use unless you specifically opt-out in writing during the registration process.
9. Conduct and Discipline
Little Learners Academy maintains a positive and supportive environment. Our approach to behavior management focuses on positive reinforcement and guiding children to develop self-regulation and social skills. We do not tolerate bullying, aggression, or discriminatory behavior from children or adults. Repeated or severe behavioral issues may result in suspension or termination of enrollment, following discussion with parents/guardians.
10. Termination of Services
Little Learners Academy reserves the right to terminate services if these Terms and Conditions are breached, including but not limited to, consistent late payments, non-compliance with health and safety policies, or disruptive behavior by a child or parent/guardian that negatively impacts the learning environment or safety of others. Adequate notice will be provided where possible. Parents/guardians wishing to withdraw a child must provide notice as specified in the enrollment agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
While Little Learners Academy takes all reasonable care to ensure the safety and well-being of enrolled children, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained on our premises or during our programs that is not a direct result of our negligence. Parents/guardians are encouraged to have appropriate personal insurance coverage for their children.
12. Amendments to Terms
Little Learners Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents/guardians directly or posted on our online platform. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
